Getting Started

Find it in the Classroom Database

Search for your assigned classroom in the classroom database. The classroom database provides useful information for each listed classroom, including images of the space, number of seats, installed technology, and technical support information.

For information about your assigned classroom:

  1. Go to the Classroom Database
  2. Select your campus and building
  3. Find your room number from the results displayed

Visit and explore

Once you have located your classroom in the Classroom Database, visit the room and take a few moments to determine:

  • What features are in the space that you want to leverage for student learning or for presentation?
  • Where in the room will you most likely stand or sit considering the shape and layout of the room? Or will you plan on moving throughout the space?
  • If the furniture is configurable, how might you arrange it to best support your teaching goals?
